Shipping Policy
General Responsibility:
We are not liable for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and cover any additional charges imposed at customs.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by national or international holidays, severe weather conditions, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or any delays resulting from the shipping carrier’s operations.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipments:
Your U.S. order is given priority and typically arrives within 2–5 business days after it leaves our facility.
International Shipments:
For orders outside the U.S., please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date of fulfillment for delivery. Actual transit times may vary based on your location and local customs processes.
Order Processing Times:
After placing your order, please allow 24–48 hours for payment verification and order processing (excluding weekends and major holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.
Carrier Responsibility:
We work with trusted third-party carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. To help ensure your package arrives on time, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. This includes correct street numbers, abbreviations, building names, and apartment numbers. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once they’ve left our facility.
If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using the information provided in your order confirmation email or text message.
In the event you decline delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend your order.
